How your information is handled.

When you send an enquiry, the following is collected:

• Your name and email address.
• Optional organisation, phone number, event or project date, location and budget range.
• The type of enquiry you select.
• The message you write.
• The page on this site you submitted from and the time of submission.

If you email Rob directly, your email address and the content of your message are also processed.

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To discuss the speaking, workshop, mentoring, media or partnership work you are asking about.
• To manage bookings and any resulting agreement.
• To keep basic business records.
• To prevent misuse of the form.

Processing is based on:

• Your consent, where it is explicitly requested (the tickbox on the enquiry form).
• Steps requested by you before entering a contract, where your enquiry is about a booking.
• Legitimate interests, for keeping the site secure and for managing genuine enquiries in a proportionate way.
• Legal obligations, where they apply (for example accounting records).

Your information is processed by website hosting and secure database and email service providers acting on Rob's behalf under appropriate terms. Access is limited to what is needed to run the site and reply to you.

Your personal data is not sold. Sending an enquiry does not add you to any marketing list.

Routine enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised.

Booking, accounting and legal records are kept for longer only where required by law or legitimate business need.

Under UK GDPR you can request to:

• Access the information held about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate.
• Have your information erased.
• Restrict how your information is used.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Receive your information in a portable format, where applicable.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out on the information you submit through this form.

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Only essential platform and security processing is used to serve the site.

If you are not happy with how your personal data has been handled, email hello@robprioruk.com with "Data protection complaint" in the subject. Complaints will be acknowledged within 30 days and investigated.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
