Four miles every four hours for seventy-two hours. Eighteen runs in total. Seventeen dedicated to seventeen lives, and the final run for those still suffering in silence.

United Minds Hampshire. Forty eight hours.
Four miles every four hours for 48 hours with United Minds Hampshire, running in support of The Amelia-Mae Foundation. Big turnout, cold starts, and a lot of people who kept coming back for the next lap.
The people who showed up.
Four miles every four hours for 72 hours. Every run was dedicated to somebody who had lived with mental health struggles: friends, family, strangers, and the people who did not make it. Run 18 was left blank, for everyone still suffering in silence.

Three mountains, three countries, one clock. Long drives, short sleep and a lot of honest conversation in between the summits.


National suicide awareness campaign.
Three back-to-back tests across a single month, built to hold attention on suicide awareness and give people a reason to talk, to listen and to act. All stages are planned and subject to final logistics.
